What you'll do
- Own S&OP outcomes, assess plan gaps and risks, and propose mitigation options against operating commitments and shipping requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demand & Supply Planners while coordinating planning decisions across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program Leadership.
- Set inventory strategy and planning metrics; improve planning systems and support new product introductions and production rate ramps.
