Leads the manufacturing maintenance team and programs to keep production equipment and facilities reliable, safe, and operating efficiently.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling work and promoting safety.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, CMMS workflows, and spare-parts inventory.
- Analyze equipment performance and costs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate projects and maintenance resources across teams.
