What you'll do
- Establish and standardize manufacturing operating systems, including daily management, KPIs, visual management, and problem solving.
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement efforts and deploy best practices across production lines, cells, and sites.
- Coach managers, supervisors, and team leaders; develop tools that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
