About the job
Leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and scaling manufacturing test systems, automation, and strategy across Anduril’s autonomous aircraft, cruise missile, and loitering munition programs.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 16 test engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
- Set manufacturing test strategy and deliver production test systems, fixtures, automation, and data capabilities from board-level testing through system acceptance.
- Coordinate with design, quality, operations, supply chain, and program teams to align test capability with product development and production needs.
