- Lead quality engineers and specialists across product development, production, suppliers, and customer deployment support.
- Drive quality readiness, inspection and qualification processes, corrective actions, and continuous improvement through production scaling.
- Set team priorities, analyze product health metrics, and coordinate quality plans with cross-functional leaders.
