What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers; hire and guide team members.
- Set sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier terms, and lead cross-functional initiatives for cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier and production readiness work, including BOM development and risk assessment, component qualification, cost engineering, and localization.
