What you'll do
- Lead and mentor test engineers; manage test planning, execution, and reporting across lab and field campaigns.
- Define verification strategies, test coverage, requirements traceability, and performance metrics; oversee readiness reviews, safety boards, incidents, and deficiencies.
- Coordinate with engineering, program management, government stakeholders, and test ranges; present findings and test status at customer reviews and milestone decisions.
