Supports manufacturing and assembly of composite and metallic aerostructures, from process planning and documentation through production optimization and problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Build composite parts and tooling hands-on with technicians and design engineers; create and execute manufacturing documentation and inspections.
- Translate engineering technical data into manufacturing processes and resolve production issues while meeting quality and schedule requirements.
- Optimize work cells and lead root-cause corrective actions to improve efficiency and eliminate recurring production blockers.
