Develops and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and production support for advanced turbine engines and precision turbomachinery components.

Design, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment from concept through production.
Improve manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and cost; investigate defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain manufacturing documentation, support and train production teams, and manage manufacturing improvement and capacity projects.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in turbomachinery component manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-performance industrial gas turbine industries.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and familiarity with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Master's degree.
Experience integrating automation, robotics, or advanced metrology; end-to-end equipment development; or designing and fabricating tooling.
