Manage technicians and day-to-day production operations for AD&S hardware at Arsenal-1, driving safe, high-quality, on-time production from factory acceptance toward scaled output.
What you'll do
- Set production priorities and oversee daily work orders, equipment, staffing, safety, quality, and delivery.
- Coach and develop technicians; coordinate with engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain.
- Track production progress, maintain production-system records, and report blockers, risks, and needs.
