Manage technicians and day-to-day production and delivery operations for multiple hardware platforms at Anduril’s Arsenal-1 facility.

- Direct production priorities, work orders, equipment, and staffing to meet delivery and quality goals.
- Coach and develop technicians; ensure safety procedures and training are followed.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality, and report production progress, blockers, and risks.
