Leads customer-facing planning, deployment, training, and support for Anduril products, while coordinating internal teams and shaping offerings to meet customer mission needs.
What you'll do
- Plan and deploy hardware and software products, train end users, and ensure product performance in the field.
- Own customer relationships and commercial targets, identifying opportunities for customer success and growth.
- Represent customer mission needs to product and engineering teams and coordinate cross-functional deployment work.
