Leads the mechanical sustainment engineering team that reviews nonconforming hardware and directs repairs and engineering dispositions for in-production and fielded Group 5 aircraft and missile platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop engineers; establish technical standards and review high-risk dispositions and repairs.
- Manage workload, MRB processes, and corrective-action efforts to resolve nonconformances and keep production on schedule.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain, and report team performance and risks to leadership.
