What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, and improve the Siemens NX CAD environment, including templates, customization files, and user settings.
- Triage helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 CAD/PLM support issues; onboard users and maintain documentation.
- Train and support engineering teams, coordinate configuration projects, and ensure CAD configuration meets security, quality, and regulatory standards.
