About the job
Administers and supports Anduril’s Siemens NX CAD environment and related user support to keep engineering and manufacturing tools reliable, standardized, and secure.
What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, and improve the NX CAD environment, including templates, customization files, role-based settings, and defaults.
- Triage helpdesk tickets and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 CAD/PLM support issues; onboard users and maintain documentation and training.
- Coordinate CAD/PLM improvements and ensure configuration activities meet site security, quality, and regulatory standards.
