Administers and supports Anduril’s Siemens NX CAD environment and related engineering tools, helping users resolve issues and maintain reliable, standardized systems.
What you'll do
- Configure, monitor, and improve the Siemens NX environment, including templates and user settings.
- Triage helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 CAD/PLM support issues.
- Onboard users, create documentation, train engineering teams, and coordinate CAD/PLM improvements.
