Develops and maintains systems engineering artifacts for ground systems and autonomous mission platforms, supporting stakeholder needs, integration, testing, and digital engineering strategy.
What you'll do
- Create architecture, requirements, test cases, interface control documents, and other model-based artifacts from stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and government customers to ensure artifacts are complete, accurate, and demonstrated at stakeholder events.
- Contribute to digital and systems engineering strategy and develop knowledge of the company’s platforms and autonomy products.

- 4+ years of systems engineering experience across the life cycle.
- Experience developing Ground System use cases, behaviors, and requirements; understanding of defense interoperability, integration, and scalability.
- Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar; model-based systems engineering artifacts; systems engineering software; digital engineering workflows; and Integrated Modeling Environments. Must currently possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
Nice to have
- Networking and communications systems experience, including LOS/BLOS; classified multi-level secure architecture experience; or UCI Ground System behaviors.
- Cameo or Python automation, cloud or hybrid cloud architectures, SysML v2, or INCOSE SEP Certification.

$146,000 — $194,000 USD (base salary)
