Product Operations Manager, Maritime

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Product Operations team in triaging, diagnosing, and resolving fleet incidents.
• Use telemetry and field-failure data with engineering teams to identify root causes and drive system upgrades.
• Support users through high-priority incidents and standardize sustainment processes as the fleet grows.

• 6+ years of professional experience managing, mastering, and supporting complex technical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, OR equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
• Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; based in or willing to relocate to Quincy, MA, and able to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or deploying undersea systems, familiarity with naval operations, or prior military, DoD civilian, or government agency experience.
• Linux CLI, observability or ticketing tools, or data analytics experience.

Pay

$124,000 — $164,000 USD (base salary)
