About the job
Provides engineering support for fielded Dive-XL autonomous undersea vehicles, investigates faults, coordinates fixes, and improves fleet reliability and supportability.
What you'll do
- Provide rotating-roster, including out-of-hours, technical support to teams operating and maintaining fielded AUVs; investigate issues and define workarounds.
- Lead root-cause investigations and manage engineering changes, fleet-wide limitations, and incorporation of fixes.
- Improve diagnostics, monitoring, documentation, configuration management, and supportability across the fleet.
