Owns end-to-end recruiting for production teams, sourcing and closing candidates while advising hiring managers on talent strategy and market conditions.
What you'll do
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate closing.
- Develop production-specific sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines across relevant industries and locations.
- Advise hiring managers using market insights and recruiting metrics, and maintain accurate ATS/CRM data.
