About the job
Supports the Space Special Programs leadership team by managing the General Manager’s schedule and tasks, coordinating office operations, and enabling engineering staff to work efficiently.
What you'll do
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule, travel, expenses, priorities, and long-term goals; prepare documents and track task progress.
- Coordinate customer and mission-partner meetings, including advance documentation and security requirements.
- Support office management and engineering operations, including preparation for reviews, meetings, and proposals.
