Leads financial planning and performance for a portfolio of Advanced Effects products scaling from development into production.
What you'll do
- Own portfolio P&L performance and provide strategic analysis of unit economics, pricing, costs, and capital allocation.
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and reporting; improve financial processes, models, and systems.
- Partner with business and technical teams on production scaling, and manage and develop analysts.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 6–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful P&L ownership, FP&A, or operational finance in manufacturing, hardware, or production.
- Strong knowledge of unit economics, COGS, inventory dynamics, and working capital; experience owning budgets and forecasts.
- Advanced modeling skills, fluency in Excel, cross-functional leadership experience, and eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree, MBA, CFA and/or CPA.
- Security clearance; familiarity with FAR/DFARS is a plus but not required.

$147,000 — $196,000 USD (base salary)
