What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and train quality inspectors; maintain training records and guidance.
- Manage receiving, in-process, end-of-line, and ad-hoc inspections; align resources and ensure procedures are followed.
- Analyze quality data, improve inspection processes, collaborate across departments, and support audit readiness.
