Supports manufacturing quality by managing nonconformance containment and review, inspections, investigations, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage the Materials Review Board process, including nonconformance containment, triage, dispositions, and metrics.
- Create and support inspection plans; train technicians and inspectors; review work instructions and provide inspection decisions.
- Analyze quality data, support root-cause investigations and audits, and recommend improvements to processes and inspection methods.

- Experience supporting hardware development and quality management in a manufacturing environment.

- Technical or associate degree in a related quality, mechanical, or aerospace engineering field.
- First Article Inspection experience; relevant ASQ or IPC certifications; or experience with low-rate production manufacturing.
Pay
$48 — $64 USD hourly base salary
