Leads and develops quality inspectors and oversees inspection operations to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered reliably.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, and mentor inspectors; maintain training records and quality standards.
- Manage receiving, in-process, end-of-line, and ad-hoc inspections, including resources and tactical guidance.
- Analyze quality data, improve inspection processes, and support audits and cross-functional quality initiatives.
