What you'll do
- Manage interview scheduling and related logistics, including candidate travel and onsite interviews.
- Update candidate records and coordinate requests using Greenhouse and ModernLoop; communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
- Identify process bottlenecks and improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
