What you'll do
- Own hiring strategy, headcount planning, prioritization, reporting, and delivery against business-line targets.
- Recruit for critical and complex roles and lead cross-functional hiring initiatives.
- On the people-leadership track, coach recruiters and manage performance, development, and team capacity.
