3+ years in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling.

About the job

Develop and deploy real-time path-planning, routing, and autonomy software for command-and-control systems and fleets of unmanned vehicles.

What you'll do

  • Prototype, integrate, and deploy path-planning, trajectory-optimization, and multi-agent coordination algorithms.
  • Build reliable, concurrent software for real-time planning and routing in dynamic, uncertain environments.
  • Analyze planner performance through simulation and modeling, and support mission-critical customer use cases.

What they ask for

  • 3+ years of experience in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling, with C/C++ and/or Rust programming expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of path-planning techniques, including graph-based search, sampling-based planners, and real-time replanning.
  • Demonstrated experience in GNC, trajectory optimization or prediction, and/or predictive models for vehicle dynamics and weapon-system effectiveness.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Rust for high-performance, safety-critical software.
  • Exposure to mixed greenfield/brownfield codebases, including extending an existing planning/routing stack in production.
