Sustains electrical products in production and in the field by investigating failures and driving corrective design and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Triage production and field failures, analyze failure trends, and drive root-cause investigations to corrective actions.
- Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations to resolve issues affecting builds and improve yield, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Support production testing, board- and system-level debugging, supplier change reviews, and sustainment reporting.
