Own full-cycle executive recruiting for Anduril’s Growth leadership, building talent networks and partnering with senior leaders to fill key roles across divisions.
What you'll do
- Run searches from sourcing and assessment through offer strategy and close; track pipeline and search metrics and improve processes.
- Partner with Growth executives and General Managers to shape search strategies and candidate profiles.
- Build a network of senior cleared defense talent and represent Anduril to executive candidates.
What they ask for
- Deep experience placing or hiring senior commercial leaders; executive search or equivalent senior operating experience with demonstrated hiring judgment accepted.
- Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition ecosystem and pathways between military service, government, and defense industry leadership.
- Established relationships with senior ex-military industry leaders and ability to earn trust with senior candidates.
- Based in Washington, DC, able to work in office four days weekly, and authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- In-house executive recruiting at a defense technology or venture-backed high-growth company, or retained search with a defense or aerospace practice.
- Understanding of executive compensation and equity design; experience placing former general or flag officers or military-to-industry leaders.

$183,000 — $243,000 USD (base salary)
