Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (ArsenalOS Deployment)

What you'll do

• Develop resilient full-stack applications and offline-first synchronization for factory operators in network-constrained environments.
• Work with manufacturing engineers, operators, and engineering teams to define requirements and integrate systems with MES, data pipelines, and enterprise platforms.
• Deploy and operate factory systems, participate in on-call support, and set technical direction while mentoring junior engineers.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role building production systems.
• Deep expertise in full-stack web development and fluency in modern architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud or edge infrastructure.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js; experience building offline-capable web applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; U.S. Person status required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or OT-adjacent domains, including MES, SCADA, PLC integration, factory automation, or IoT.
• Experience with offline-capable applications, data synchronization and conflict resolution, AI development tooling, or edge computing.

$191,000 — $253,000 USD (base salary)
