What you'll do
- Own hiring strategy and full-cycle recruiting, including communication and reporting.
- Source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, and build talent maps to inform outreach.
- Partner with leaders on hiring needs and process improvements, and represent the company’s recruiting team and brand.
