Develops detailed maintenance plans, work orders, schedules, and standards for Anduril’s industrial facilities and coordinates facility work to support safe, compliant operations.
What you'll do
- Create model work orders, maintenance plans, SOPs, and quality standards for day-to-day facility maintenance.
- Scope mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work and plan for equipment installations with equipment owners.
- Coordinate with Environmental, Safety, and Health on scheduled inspections and compliance.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of related maintenance planning experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or other manufacturing facilities.
- Technical training in CMMS maintenance planning, including model work order development, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance support.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, including commercial/industrial electrical systems (including 480v 3-phase power), hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience operating and maintaining forklifts, aerial man lifts, and overhead gantry cranes and hoists.
Nice to have
- Maintenance management/coordinator experience.
- Qualified rigging certification; experience managing day-to-day operations and projects.
