Build and lead Arsenal-1’s maintenance and reliability function, developing the team and programs needed to keep manufacturing equipment available and production running.
What you'll do
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while establishing safety-first practices and a multi-shift organization.
- Own maintenance programs and CMMS operations, including preventive and predictive maintenance, work orders, asset data, and spare-parts inventory.
- Direct troubleshooting, repairs, root-cause analysis, safety, reliability reporting, and cross-functional support for equipment installation and production readiness.
