About the job
Leads the logistics program management team and establishes the processes, standards, and tools used to plan and deliver logistics work across Anduril programs.
What you'll do
- Manage, hire, mentor, and develop Logistics Program Managers across programs and business lines.
- Create and standardize logistics program management frameworks, CDRL delivery standards, tools, templates, and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics execution with sustainment, program, engineering, supply chain, customer, and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive logistics, sustainment, or program management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting, including at least 3 years in people management.
- Experience with US Military program offices, DoD acquisition logistics frameworks, and developing and delivering logistics CDRLs or other government contract deliverables.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

$166,000 — $220,000 USD (base salary)
