Leads manufacturing engineering across space programs, taking complex space-qualified hardware from design and prototype through production, integration, and testing.
What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing and integration/test engineering teams and serve as manufacturing engineering lead for assigned space programs.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, readiness reviews, quality controls, facilities, equipment, and tooling for space hardware.
- Coordinate with design, supply chain, program management, test, and operations on manufacturability, suppliers, and production execution.

- At least 8+ years of relevant experience; space and satellite manufacturing, systems engineering, or electromechanical hardware experience preferred.
- Experience with space hardware integration, assembly, and environmental testing; background integrating and testing space hardware such as avionics, optical payloads, solar, or propulsion.
