Own and scale Barracuda manufacturing from early builds through full-rate production, including transferring production to Arsenal-1 and improving floor operations.
What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing and production-process ownership, including work instructions, MBOMs, MES, quality, yield, and line optimization.
- Transfer production processes from Anduril HQ to Arsenal-1, validating readiness and training the production team.
- Resolve production issues and drive process improvements, DFM, tooling, capital investments, and technical training.
