What you'll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for PCBAs, electronics assemblies, electro-optical instruments, and integrated spacecraft systems.
- Own process quality, tooling and equipment deployment, supplier relationships, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers and technicians, and scale production while improving throughput and reliability.
