Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement for Anduril’s Fort Stockton test site and coordinate shipments with other sites and customers.
What you'll do
- Process and document shipments; coordinate pickup and delivery with carriers, drivers, and site security.
- Maintain and reconcile physical and digital inventory records, including transactions in Oracle and Odoo.
- Kit, stage, move, and expedite materials for test events, builds, and operational schedules.

- Knowledge of standard inventory management practices and familiarity with ERP systems and/or warehouse or inventory-control tools.
- Ability to work proficiently across connected systems, including ERP, Jira, and Slack; lift and move materials and operate material-handling equipment.
- Work onsite five days per week, provide occasional after-hours or weekend support, travel no more than 20%, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Pay
$28 — $37 USD per hour; base salary
