Leads program quality planning and execution for rocket motor development and manufacturing, ensuring customer, supplier, and internal requirements are met throughout the contract lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Implement customer and supplier quality flow-downs; create Program Quality Plans, Product Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.
- Support audits, qualification testing, First Article Inspection, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with program teams, customers, suppliers, and government representatives on quality reviews, deliverables, and production readiness.

- 3+ years of progressive Quality Engineering experience, including significant Program Quality or Supplier Quality work in a regulated hardware industry.
- Expertise implementing quality standards and customer requirements; proficiency with RCA, CAPA, nonconformance management, FAI (AS9102), GD&T, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.
- Experience with PPAP or equivalent qualification methods; must be able to obtain a Federal Explosives License through the BATFE and obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

$127,000 — $170,000 USD (base salary)
