Runs the program office’s operating rhythm and reporting systems so leadership can track status, risks, decisions, deliverables, and finances across a multidisciplinary program.
What you'll do
- Manage recurring program reviews, reporting cycles, action and decision tracking, and program metrics.
- Coordinate contract deliverables, document control, schedules, risks, issues, and program status across teams.
- Prepare materials for customer briefings and leadership reviews; coordinate lab space.
