Leads quality and reliability for an AI development pod, building test and release practices and improving the operational stability of AI-enabled software and workflows.
What you'll do
- Design test strategies, validation approaches, and release readiness criteria for AI-enabled software and agentic workflows.
- Identify failure modes and build confidence through automated testing, observability, instrumentation, and operational safeguards.
- Support launch readiness, production response, root cause analysis, and ongoing reliability improvements.
