Owns end-to-end recruiting for Anduril’s recruiting organization, hiring recruiters and recruiting coordinators across divisions and advising on TA hiring needs.
What you'll do
- Source, assess, and close recruiting talent; manage candidate interviews, debriefs, and offers.
- Partner with TA leaders and hiring managers on recruiting capacity, role design, leveling, and market-informed hiring decisions.
- Share recruiting talent insights, mentor junior recruiters, and maintain ATS/CRM data integrity.
