Owns end-to-end recruiting for recruiters and recruiting coordinators across Anduril’s divisions, while advising stakeholders and improving recruiting craft and processes.
What you'll do
- Source, assess, and close recruiting talent; manage interviews, candidate experience, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with TA leaders and hiring managers on hiring needs, role design, market conditions, and search progress.
- Share recruiting talent insights, mentor junior recruiters, and maintain accurate ATS/CRM data.
