Owns end-to-end recruiting for Anduril’s recruiting organization, hiring Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators across divisions while advising stakeholders and improving recruiting craft.
What you'll do
- Source, assess, and close candidates for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles, managing interviews and candidate experience.
- Partner with TA leaders and hiring managers on hiring needs, role design, leveling, market conditions, and search progress.
- Share recruiting market intelligence, mentor junior recruiters, and maintain ATS/CRM data integrity.
