Owns end-to-end recruiting for recruiters and recruiting coordinators across Anduril’s divisions, while advising hiring stakeholders and improving recruiting practices.
What you'll do
- Source, assess, and close recruiting talent; manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience.
- Partner with TA leaders and hiring managers on staffing needs, role design, market data, and search progress.
- Mentor junior recruiters, share recruiting insights, and maintain accurate ATS/CRM data.
