What you'll do
- Own the business line’s hiring strategy, headcount planning, prioritization, reporting, and delivery against hiring targets.
- Advise business leaders on talent plans, using market intelligence, hiring data, and capacity models; coordinate with Finance, BizOps, and Workforce Planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters while maintaining hands-on recruiting expertise and overseeing hiring initiatives and process improvements.
