About the job

Designs, tests, and validates RF hardware and antennas, ensuring performance, regulatory compliance, and coexistence before deployment.

What you'll do

  • Design RF circuits, subsystems, antennas, and arrays; analyze link budgets and system-level RF performance.
  • Test RF hardware and antennas on benches and in chambers, and support compliance, spectrum authorization, and certification.
  • Collaborate with EMC, mechanical, and other engineering teams to investigate failures and mitigate interference.

What they ask for

  • Familiarity with military and commercial communications compliance standards, SAR and military RF exposure limits, and multi-radio coexistence and desense analysis.
  • Proficiency with RF bench equipment and experience testing antennas in antenna/anechoic chambers.
  • Hands-on experience designing and testing RF circuits, subsystems, or antennas, including arrays; working knowledge of GPS/GNSS receiver architectures.
  • Strong background in schematic reviews, CAD analysis, RF/high-speed PCB layout, and 3D EM simulation software.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to spectrum authorization or certification processes for military RF systems.
