Senior Robotics Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Prototype, integrate, and deploy global/local path-planning, trajectory-optimization, and multi-agent coordination algorithms.
• Build high-performance, concurrent real-time planning software for operational C2 systems and fleets of unmanned systems.
• Validate planner performance using simulations and support mission-critical use cases such as asset routing and obstacle or threat avoidance.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling, with C/C++ and/or Rust programming expertise.
• Strong knowledge of path-planning techniques, including graph search, sampling-based planners, and real-time replanning.
• Demonstrated experience in GNC, trajectory optimization or prediction, and/or predictive models for vehicle dynamics or weapon-system effectiveness.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust for high-performance, safety-critical software.
• Exposure to mixed greenfield/brownfield codebases, including production planning or routing stacks.
