What you'll do

  • Lead technical direction for a small team and guide target-tracking and state-estimation work.
  • Prototype, deploy, test, and optimize filters, estimators, and sensor-fusion software using simulations and statistical analysis.
  • Adapt algorithms for customer missions and communicate technical results to colleagues and end-users.

What they ask for

  • Programming proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab, with algorithm design and statistical modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of target tracking, including Kalman filters, particle filters, and multi-target tracking algorithms.
  • Experience in state estimation, Bayesian filtering, sensor fusion, and recursive estimation.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with big data pipelines, NoSQL databases, and large-scale sensor data.
  • Machine-learning background applied to target tracking and recognition.
